Also, please take note of this: The following is a brief description of the format that will be followed for the Constitutional Plenary of the NWLC AGM. There will be a set time limit for the constitution portion of the agenda. Once that time has expired, the session will come to an end, regardless of the remaining proposed amendments put forward. The proposed constitutional amendments will be dealt with as follows: There will be 2 speakers for / 2 against, one minute each for each section or proposed resolution, as indicated below. Order of sections: 1) Section 1: Clerical changes/minor additions for clarity: To be voted as a whole. 2) Section 2: New sections: Definitions Section 14 and Appendix 1 & 2: To be voted as a whole. 3) Section 3: Process and procedures – Intent section: Some amendments to articles to be joined and debated as appropriate, other amendments to be debated individually; To be voted as presented.
